Warranty, Guarantee and Returns Information


All Products sold by BestAMP.com are New, unless stated otherwise, with a Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty. All Warranties are included with the merchandise when it is shipped. When you receive your order review the product warranty before use it. If you are not satisfied with the terms of the warranty, you may return the product in accordance with our Satisfaction Guarantee terms and return policy. If you have any questions regarding the product warranty, before or after the purchase, call our customer service representatives.

Satisfaction Guarantee

When you receive your order, take a look at it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 10 days from the date you receive your order for exchange, credit or refund (less shipping charges).

New products (except those sold as refurbished, close-out, overstocked or discontinued) may be returned after 10 days, but before 30 days from the date you receive your order. we will accept them for exchange or credit (less shipping charges and 20% restocking charge). See also our return policy.

Defective products will be replaced or repaired, at our discretion.

Price Guarantee

Our low price guarantee applies to new products purchased within the Continental USA, over the Internet. If within 30 days of purchase, upon verification you find the same new product, available for sale in a factory sealed box with warranty, for a lower price from a reputable Internet retailer, we will match the price or refund the difference.

Close-outs, one-of-a-kind, limited offer, coupons and other promotions may not be applied toward matched price products.



In order to return products you must have a return product authorization number, This number may be obtained by calling our customer service department.

Returned products must be in the original boxes with all accessories including manuals and manufacturer’s packing materials.

Products returned, for exchange, credit or refund, with missing accessories are subject to a full value of the missing items.

Defective products will be replaced or repaired and returned in the same packing condition in which it was received by us.

All products returned must be sent to us shipping cost prepaid by you, and must include a copy of the original invoice and a brief statement describing the reason for return.

Special orders, open software and videos are not returnable.

Physically damaged products returned to us will not be accepted.
